1- Looking at Resolutions as a gift or a tool for growth and considering where an opportunity may lie to create the results you are seeking, versus focusing on what you need to stop doing or change about yourself.
2- Triggers. This was a tough one. Most of us want to be immune to having them, but we all have them about something. How we deal with them is what matters.
3- Joy. People talk a lot about choosing your hard- but what about choosing your joy? Erin gives examples of how she is choosing joy in the new year, and why its important for you to do the same.
