Julie gives an honest account of how she evolved from a people pleaser to a confident business woman, and describes her choice to live a beautiful life as a dog mom, versus a people mom. This point of view is one that is frequently untold- and so incredibly valuable. Julie's account of evolving adult friendships, the importance of a supportive partnership, and never giving in to the expectations of society is often missing from the narrative- and I'm so honored she was willing to talk about it with me.
